RYDCAST Driver Terms & Conditions
Version: 2026-09-21-US2
For United States pilot accounts, CastTech Inc. operates the RYDCAST platform. RYDCAST™ and the RYDCAST logo are trademarks of CastTech Inc.
These terms govern United States drivers, vehicle owners, and fleet operators using RYDCAST devices, campaigns, proof systems, and payout services.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering, pairing a device, entering earning mode, or accepting a campaign, a participant agrees to these terms and linked policies. Individual drivers must be at least 18 and legally able to drive and perform the applicable passenger or fleet service.
Information and documents must be accurate, current, and submitted by the individual or an authorized fleet representative.
2. Licences, permits, insurance, and authority
Drivers and fleets must maintain every driver’s licence, vehicle registration, inspection, commercial or personal insurance, operating permit, certificate, fleet authorization, and passenger-carrier authority required by federal, state, county, municipal, airport, resort, or other applicable rules.
Colorado participants must maintain any Colorado Public Utilities Commission authority that applies to their service. RYDCAST approval is not transportation authority and does not replace a regulator, insurer, vehicle owner, fleet, or employer requirement.
3. Safe installation and driving
Equipment must be securely installed, maintained, powered, and positioned so it does not obstruct the driver, mirrors, windows, airbags, controls, passengers, or emergency exit. A driver must not interact with the RYDCAST app or device while driving except through a lawful hands-free or parked workflow.
The driver has final responsibility for safe operation of the vehicle. Campaign instructions never override traffic law, passenger safety, weather, road closures, or emergency directions.
4. Device and vehicle chain
Participants must pair the correct approved device to the correct driver, fleet, and vehicle and promptly report loss, theft, transfer, damage, tampering, unsafe installation, or mismatches.
Devices, pairing credentials, and proof sessions may not be cloned, spoofed, lent, resold, or transferred without written approval.
5. Campaign delivery
Campaigns may be restricted by current location, time, route, category, audience eligibility, budget, device, vehicle, account status, or manual review. A deterministic safety gate operates before AI ranking and cannot be bypassed by a driver, fleet, advertiser, or AI service.
Participants may not alter, mute, substitute, force, loop, or redirect campaign media except through approved controls. Audio must remain within platform and local safety rules.
6. Proof integrity and fraud
Proof-of-play, location, device, vehicle, timestamp, playback, QR, audience, and payout records must be genuine. GPS spoofing, replay attacks, artificial routes, edited telemetry, duplicate devices, fake passengers, false pairings, manufactured playback, collusion, and other proof manipulation are prohibited.
Suspected fraud may result in rejected proof, payment holds or reversals, account or device suspension, contract termination, recovery of losses, and referral to a fleet, insurer, payment provider, regulator, or law enforcement where appropriate.
7. Payouts and reserves
Earnings accrue only for verified, eligible, funded delivery under the active campaign rules. RYDCAST may withhold, reverse, reconcile, or delay amounts tied to invalid proof, an advertiser dispute, a chargeback, incomplete verification, sanctions screening, fraud review, tax documentation, or a legal obligation.
Applicable payout timing, rates, fees, and reserves are shown in the app or a fleet agreement. Participants are responsible for their own taxes and operating expenses unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
8. Account security and inspections
Participants must protect credentials and passkeys, use only approved accounts, and promptly report compromise. RYDCAST or an authorized fleet may require a reasonable inspection of installation, device condition, documents, and vehicle pairing before continued earning.
9. Relationship
These platform terms alone do not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint ownership. A driver’s legal classification depends on the actual relationship, applicable law, and any separate fleet or employment agreement. Nothing in these terms waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Suspension and termination
RYDCAST may pause earning mode, remove campaigns, disable a device, preserve records, reject proof, or suspend or close an account for safety risk, missing authority or insurance, inaccurate information, fraud, repeated policy breaches, payment disputes, legal obligations, or platform security.
11. Disputes and governing rules
Participants should first use RYDCAST support and the published dispute process. A signed fleet or driver agreement controls any expressly stated governing law and forum. Otherwise, applicable mandatory law governs and a claim may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes and contact
RYDCAST may update technical, proof, safety, payout, and legal requirements. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Contact driver-support@rydcast.app for account or payout support and legal@rydcast.app for legal notices.
